Taxes and Import Fees

All taxes, tariffs and import fees will be the sole responsibility of the receiving party. Payments on any taxes, tariffs or import fees must be rendered prior to delivery.

Once your order has shipped, the courier will contact you via email or text with any tariff fees and a link to their payment portal. If payment is not rendered and customs does not return the package, we can not grant any refunds. If customs returns the package, there will be a 20% fee assessed on the final purchase price to cover the cost of return shipping.

Pleased be advised that a majority of our Thai made products are drop shipped straight from Thailand so tariffs may imposed on purchases made in the United States. These fees are not applied until the item is assessed at U.S. customs. The courier will contact you and inform you of the tariff amount and require payment prior to delivery.
